Infinix launched the Note 60 Pro back in February, and its successor is already starting to show up in certification databases. An Infinix phone with the model number X6766 has appeared in the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) database, and the listing also reveals its full marketing name: Note 70 Pro. Like most EEC entries, it covers the phone’s encryption paperwork rather than its hardware, so it doesn’t reveal any specs.

Infinix Note 70 Pro certification helps confirm its major upgrade

The X6766 model number previously showed up in the GSMA IMEI database back in August, and a DevCheck hardware entry for the same model revealed the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, a 6.78-inch 1208x2644 screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a 50MP main camera with OIS, and a 7,000 mAh battery.

If those specs are accurate, the standout upgrade in the Note 70 Pro over its predecessor is the significantly larger battery capacity. EEC approval typically comes a few weeks to a couple of months before a phone reaches store shelves, so an official announcement should not be far off.
