Nightmares are just bad dreams, they say your brain sorts out things, builds new memory storage cells during the night, so by the time you wake up in the morning, that giant two headed bird pecking holes in your back while you sleep, is gone. And yes, i had a nightmare like that, and “sleep-ran” face first into the wooden living room table trying to get the bird off my back, which certainly woke me up as a screaming voice from my parent’s room said: WTF are you doing out there?, go to bed! Now!
