PS4 is very slow and freezes regularly, on each games and the menu

This is a 1 year old PS4 pro. I&#039ve had it for a year and it began freezing continually, and now every thing runs so gradually that you can&#039t even get into a game in the very first location.

Sorry I can&#039t list any a lot more symptoms, that&#039s all there is to it. Has any one knowledgeable something like that? I&#039m not certain what the challenge is or how to repair it. Thanks in advance for any assistance or assistance.
