Gaming and Computer hardware enterprise Logitech has announced it has acquired livestream software program enterprise Streamlabs for about $89 million in money.

An further payout of $29 million might also be produced if Streamlabs meets particular established income development targets.

This acquisition follows various years of partnerships involving the two organizations for compatibility involving Logitech’s gaming hardware and Streamlabs’ streaming tools.
