I’ve played about with it and will have my impressions quickly. Telling Lies begins out with a lady who sits down in front of a laptop loaded with a stolen National Safety Agency database complete of film footage. You play the whole game, sitting in front of the laptop looking by means of that video for clues. It is the similar mechanic as Her Story.

The footage (taken from smartphone surveillance) covers two years in the intimate lives of 4 individuals whose lives are linked by a single incident. You discover the database by typing search terms, watch the clips exactly where these words are spoken, and piece collectively the story. The story is a mystery, but it unfolds in a non-linear way primarily based on which words you search for 1st.

This game’s video scenes consist of actors Logan Marshall-Green (Prometheus), Alexandra Shipp (X-Guys: Apocalypse), Kerry Bishé (The Romanoffs), and Angela Sarafyan (Westworld).
