DICE Teases New Star Wars Battlefront two Emotes

We previously reported on a tweet from the EA Assist Twitter account which teased that Luke’s Endor look from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi could be on its way to Star Wars Battlefront II, but it would seem that the teases do not quit there. Ben Walke, the Neighborhood Manager on Star Wars Battlefront II, teased in a tweet now that the group has a new emote for Darth Maul, which could or could not be on its way to the game in the future.

The statement came from Walke when he was replying to a comment on a Twitter post he had produced asking fans which voice line they would like to see added into the game, if they could only have 1. 1 user replied saying, “Just redo Mauls Kenobi line, and we would be good…” Walke replied saying, “We have the “KENOBIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII”, but believed it need to be an emote rather than voice line.”

The emote which Walke is referring to is not presently readily available to players, which means it seems that DICE is functioning on new emotes for the game’s heroes and villains behind the scenes. It also stands to purpose that if DICE is functioning on a new emote for Maul, that even additional emotes for other characters could be on the way to the game in the future.

Star Wars Battlefront II‘s July update saw the debut of neighborhood quests which permit the neighborhood to perform with each other in order to earn some exclusive voice lines and victory poses for Darth Maul, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, and Common Grievous. The Darth Maul neighborhood quests knowledgeable some bugs at initial, which reset the challenges, but the issue has given that been fixed with players becoming awarded their voice lines and victory poses. The update also fixed many other bugs which have been providing players concerns as nicely.
