The Solskogen demo social gathering in Norway befell this weekend. One demo and one intro was launched for the Amiga.
The demo, which ended up in third place within the mixed demo competitors, is named Name of the Wild and was made by Boozoholics.
I have to say that this is without doubt one of the strangest demos I’ve ever seen. It begins of with an animation of a moose doing dance strikes mixed with a the song-text (Norwegian) scrolling accross the display screen. The Moose is named Odd and I’m wondering if it’s the identical elk Ephidrena utilized in a manufacturing within the 90’s? 🙂 Anybody is aware of?
Instantly, after the intro, the demo picks up the tempo and every part adjustments with a pumping soundtrack mixed with new-school results – an enormous distinction to the start!
It’s tough explaining all the results on this half, so it’s one thing that you just greatest see for your self. 🙂 Right here is the demo because it was proven on the livestream from the social gathering.
If you wish to obtain the demo and run it in your Amiga, then you should use the hyperlink under:
The information-text says that Name of the Wild requires an AGA Amiga with a 68060 CPU.
Thanks for studying and see you in one other blog-post! 🙂
